Andrew Avenue, in central Normanville, will be closed next week to facilitate SA Power Networks service upgrades.
Baldock Earthmoving will undertake the civil works from Monday 11 September.
Traffic Restrictions will be in place from 12 to 14 September between 8am and 4pm to allow for works to be completed safely.
Detours and alternative pedestrian access to local businesses will be in place during the short construction period.
In central Strathalbyn, Albyn Terrace will be closed for repairs from Monday 11 September to Friday 15 September.
Vehicle access will be restricted during this time to ensure the repair works can be safely completed.
Meanwhile work has begun to instal a new storage tank at the Community Wastewater Management Systems Pump Station near Fairfield Drive in Strathalbyn.
The project is expected to take up to 10 weeks to complete, with earthworks in the reserve area next to the Angas River.
Pedestrian and cyclist access to the shared-use path along the Angas River will be maintained, but there may be limited disruption for short periods.
Alexandrina Council will reinstate the reserve area when the works are complete.
