Police are at the scene of a truck rollover at the southern end of the Southern Expressway.

About 7am this morning (Monday 16 December) police were called to Main South Road, Noarlunga Downs after a rubbish truck that had been travelling south lost control and tipped over.

The driver of the truck has been taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

There are speed restrictions in the area and one lane closed for south bound. Expect delays if travelling through the area this morning.
