Onkaparinga Libraries presents double value in its next Your Library at Home online author talks on Wednesday 7 October.

At 10am Californian author Nathan Makaryk will talk ‘good guys v bad guys’, while at 11am Blake Nuto will supply a special storytime featuring his new picture book Child of Galaxies.

Live from the USA, join Nathan Makaryk as he talks with Onkaparinga Libraries about his new book Lionhearts.

It is a breathtaking historical epic about vengeance, redemption and war in medieval England, picking up where his debut novel Nottingham left off.

Lionhearts examines the boundaries between history and myth, and the morally grey line between good and evil through a cast of compelling characters.

Register via Eventbrite for Nathan Makaryk’s online talk.

Blake Nuto’s Child of Galaxies is for children (and gown-ups) who love to dream about the wonder, mystery and joy of life, and provides children with a gentle introduction to philosophy.

Perfect for those who love to think and dream, Child of Galaxies takes the reader through a magical world of life’s big ideas.

Blake is a primary school teacher from Tasmania who is passionate about the benefits of philosophy and mindfulness in education.

Register via Eventbrite to join Blake Nuto’s online talk.
