Police were called to the Murray Mouth earlier today after a man's body was found.
Just after 4pm, Sunday 5 December, local patrols, ambulance crews and Water Operations Unit, were called to Young Husband Peninsula, just south of the Murray Mouth, following a report of a body being washed up on the beach.
Police located a kayak nearby believed to belong to the deceased along with his Mitsubishi station wagon parked at the Sugars Beach boat ramp.
The death of the 36-year-old man from Port Noarlunga is not suspicious and police will now be preparing a report for the State Coroner.
