A man has died after a crash at Wattle Flat.

About 2.50pm today (Saturday 28 December), police and emergency services were called to Main South Road after reports of a crash involving a Subaru station wagon and a Kawasaki motorcycle.

The rider of the motorcycle, a 55-year-old Aldinga Beach man died at the scene.

The driver of the Subaru, a 53-year-old Glenalta man was not injured.

Road closures remain in place while Major Crash officers examine the scene.

The man’s death is the 88th life lost on South Australian roads this year.
