A man had died following a fatal crash in Duncan on Kangaroo Island yesterday morning.

Just after 7.15am on Sunday 20 June police and emergency services were called to Playford Highway after reports of a car rollover.

Sadly an occupant of the car a 24-year-old man from Kingscote died at the scene. 

A 25-year-old man also from Kingscote, has been airlifted to the Flinders Medical Centre in a serious condition. 

Investigators from Major Crash attended the scene and the Playford Highway has now reopened to all traffic.

This man's life is the 53rd lost on SA roads compared to 45 at the same time last year.
