Rail services are back to normal following an earlier incident at Noarlunga Centre.

About 12pm Monday 4 September emergency services were called to Noarlunga Centre Railway Station following reports a woman had been hot by a train.

The woman sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries and was taken to FMC.

The driver of the train was not physically injured.

Police are investigating if a mental health incident contributed to the incident.
