The Victor Harbor Road has been reopened at McLaren Vale.

The road was closed for more than four hours after two vehicles collided at around 8.20 this morning.

The road was closed in both directions between Ostrich Farm Road and Robinson Road.

The accident occurred about 500m north of Main Road, McLaren Vale.

Diversions were put in place but commuters experienced major traffic congestion throughout the morning.
