Work has begun on an upgrade of the Jet Ski site on Barrage Road, Goolwa.

It will include demolishing the existing building and resurfacing the car park in limestone rubble and multiple landscaped garden beds. 

Solar smart benches along with a large shelter will be situated amongst the grassed area and will provide a variety of facilities. 

Signage and bollards will also be installed as part of the landscape design. 

Alexandrina Council says this fantastic purpose-built designated Jet Ski area will become a popular family-friendly area for personal water craft users to base themselves for a fun day on the water. 

The project is due for completion in late February 2021.
