Vale Brewing’s long-awaited Taphouse has officially opened its doors at 252 Blewitt Springs Road in McLaren Flat.
The newly opened Vale Taphouse features 14 taps with Vale Brewing favourites, as well as Fox Hat and Three Oaks Cider also on pour.
The microbrewing facility is led by Head Brewer, Jeff Wright, with the food curated by Executive Chef, John Rankin.
With over 20 years of experience, John has continued to refine his craft around the globe working in hatted and award-winning venues in Singapore, the UK and Sydney.
For the past six years John has worked alongside Chef, Sean Connolly at Sean’s Kitchen producing some of Adelaide’s most sought-after cuisine.
“I look forward to bringing my new recipes to life and creating a unique and memorable experience for McLaren Vale,” says John.
“It’s been a long time in the making but we are so thrilled to finally swing open the doors of the newly established Vale Taphouse,” says Chris Illman, Group Head of Marketing.
“There’s no better spot to enjoy our award-winning beer than the very place it’s brewed.” The culinary tourism experience for visitors and locals alike has bolstered McLaren Vale’s offering with significant attraction expected, as well as an influx in employment in the region.”
The Vale Taphouse comes as a part of the $10 million dollar development and luxury accommodation at Beresford Estate will also be opening to the public soon.
