Victor Harbor has won their fourth Great Southern Netball Association (GSNA) League premiership in a row after a hard fought 49-43 over a brave Willunga outfit at McLaren Vale and in the process remaining undefeated for 2019. Victor have won an incredible nine premierships in the past 13 seasons with four runner-up finishes! It was the fourth time the two sides had played each other in 2019 with the previous three encounters being taken out by Victor Harbor by an average of 17 goals. The six goal win was the closest anyone got to the all conquering Victor team all season so credit must be paid to the Demons who pushed them all the way.
There were 14 premierships decided on the day with the host club McLaren Vale taking out four flags followed by Myponga with three, Victor Harbor and Langhorne Creek two, Willunga, Goolwa and Yankalilla one each.
