A driver will appear in court after he collided with another car and blew more than three times over the legal limit.
Just after 4.30pm on Friday 27 October, police and emergency services were called to the intersection of Hill Street and Acraman Street at Victor Harbor after reports of a two-car crash.
Police will allege a Kia Carnival collided with a Nissan utility, after failing to give way at the intersection, causing the utility to roll on its side.
The driver of the Nissan, a 17-year-old boy from Lower Inman Valley, was uninjured.
The driver of the Kia, a 33-year-old man from Moana, suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene. The man was breath tested and provided a positive result of 0.154.
He was reported for drink driving, aggravated driving without due care and failing to give way. He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
