It’s race day tomorrow at the Victor Harbor Harness Racing Club with gates open at 11am.
Tickets are available on the day (cash payments only) and cost $10 for adults and $6 for concession. Children under 16 are free.
EFTPOS will be available at the bar.
The first race will start just after 1pm. There will be eight races in total with the last race at about 5.30pm.
There will be a maximum of 1000 patrons at the event due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Facemasks will be required at the bar and TAB.
The event will be well catered, with a barbeque, hot chips, hamburgers and steak sandwiches available.
There will also be a face-painter for the children.
Patrons can bring their own picnic, but no BYO alcohol is allowed.
The favourite in the first race is the Jill Neilson trained Lovelorn, driven by Danielle Hill.
The feature Lonsdale and Sand Metal Cup is expected to be a close thing with the 4-year-old filly Royal Cadence the current favourite.
