Alexandrina Council has wrapped up the face-to-face stage of its 2023 Village Conversations consultation program, but there is still time to have a say online.

It will use community ideas and feedback to shape the place-based Village Innovation Plans, annual budgets, strategies and action plans.

Council staff hosted eight chat sessions across the region, starting in Goolwa on 18 October and finishing up in Clayton Bay on 7 December.

The eight village township areas are:

• Goolwa/ Hindmarsh Island/Currency Creek
• Middleton
• Port Elliot
• Strathalbyn/ Finniss/ Ashbourne
• Mount Compass
• Langhorne Creek/ Woodchester/ Hartley
• Milang
• Clayton Bay
