A walk to end digital violence against all women and girls will be held in Goolwa on Friday 28 November.
It will start from Junction Goolwa, in Cadell Street, at 4.30pm and will finish with an event at Signal Point a short time later.
There, guest speaker Dianne Newton will talk about her decades of work empowering women facing domestic violence.
She led the Southern Women Matter campaign to advocate for a women’s trauma recovery hub, The Yellow Gate.
The event will feature a welcome to country, food trucks and live music.
Walkers are asked to wear something orange to show support.
Hosted by Junction Australia and The Goolwa Haven, the event is supported by Cittaslow and is part of 16 Days of Activism.
