Wet weather the winner in the Hills Cricket Association

Unfortunately heavy rain on Thursday and Friday, along with showers on Saturday, saw all four A1 matches in round 13 abandoned in the Hills Cricket Association (HCA). With just three minor rounds remaining, there could be plenty of twists and turns before the top four is settled. There are some big games this Saturday with a top-two clash at Meadows between the Bulldogs and Aldgate while Flagstaff Hill host Kangarilla in a game which will have a huge bearing on the finals make up. Stirling can keep their slim finals hopes alive with a win against Scott Creek Ironbank who are still searching for their first win of the 2020/21 season, while Mount Lofty take on Uraidla in another key match up to decide top four spots.

Ladder (after round 13)

Aldgate 48, Meadows 45, Mount Lofty 39, Flagstaff Hill 36, Kangarilla 36, Uraidla 27, Stirling 24, Scott Creek Ironbank 9.

Round 14 fixtures (13/2/21) (home team named first)
