The City of Victor Harbor has closed public access to the Bluff jetty following high seas overnight.

“Following the significant wind and wave action overnight, there has been some damage along the access road to the Bluff Jetty at Encounter Bay.

“The Bluff Jetty access road will be closed to pedestrians and vehicles until further notice in the interest of public safety.”

The council will assess the damage and provide further updates once it can determine what repairs will be required.
