Tour Down Under 2024 starts this week with the women’s race and Willunga will host the Stage 3 finish on Sunday 14 January.


Cyclists will travel from Adelaide CBD through Coromandel Valley, Clarendon, Kangarilla and McLaren Flat before riding through McLaren Vale, Willunga and Aldinga.


There will be sprints on the Main Road at Willunga and on the Esplanade at Aldinga’s Snapper Point.


The finish is set for an intense battle when, for the first time, the world class women's race finish will be at the top of Willunga Hill. 


South Australian Police will implement rolling road closures in accordance with the race, which may last for around 30 minutes as the cyclists pass through.


Further road closures and parking restrictions will be put in place in Willunga to support the event. See the TDU website for details.
