Learn how to save on heating costs and stay warm this winter at a Strathalbyn workshop to learn energy-saving tips for the home.

Alexandrina Council, in collaboration with Second Nature Conservancy and Green Adelaide, will host a winter-smart workshop on Tuesday 15 July.

It will be held at the Strathalbyn Natural Resource Centre from 6pm to 7.30pm.

The workshop will include practical energy-saving tips and information about where homes consume the most energy and what can be done about it.

An energy assessor expert will lead the event, which is open to all residents, renters and homeowners. A light supper will also be provided.
