Police are investigating a crash at Goolwa last month and are seeking assistance from the public.
About 12.15pm on Tuesday 17 September, a collision occurred on Hutchinson Street near the railway crossing involving a man in a mobility gopher and a dark coloured station wagon.
An 88-year-old Goolwa man sustained non-life threatening injuries after falling from his gopher.
The woman driving the station wagon momentarily returned to the scene however, did not wait the arrival of emergency services and has not made contact with police since.
Police are appealing for the female driver to come forward and make contact.
Anyone with information as the identity of the driver or has any CCTV or dashcam footage is asked to contact police.
