Night roadworks on the Victor Harbor Road at McLaren Vale will continue for an extra week, due to weather delays.

Contractor Fleurieu Connections has announced that the entrance to Pedler Road North will remain closed while work continues on the Victor Harbor Road Duplication project.

The extension period is between 7pm Sunday 15 May and 7am Friday 20 May.

Work will be undertaken Sunday to Thursday nights, between 7pm and 7am to complete installation of traffic barriers on the eastern edge of Victor Harbor Road, between Seaview Road and Main Road.

During the night works, detours and lane closures may apply. Traffic controllers will be in place and delays can be expected.
