Yankalilla won their second game of the season and in the process, lifted themselves off the bottom of the ladder during round 12 action in the Great Southern Netball Association (GSNA) on Saturday. ‘Yank’ travelled to Goolwa and came away with a thrilling 40-39 win. In other games, Willunga went back to the top of the ladder with a 69-51 victory over McLaren Vale, Strathalbyn defeated Langhorne Creek 48-28 to move inside the top-four, while Mount Compass consolidated their spot in the top-four with a 48-30 win at Myponga. Victor Harbor had the bye. The competition will pause this weekend (10 July) with games to resume on Saturday 17 July.
