SA Health reported 3122 new cases of COVID-19 across the state yesterday.

This was the highest daily total since January 20.

There are 136 people with COVID-19 in hospital, including 10 people in ICU, and two people requiring a ventilator.

SA Health say 100% of their sampling shows patients are infected with an Omicron strain of the virus.

The Adele tribute show planned for Friday night at Goolwa’s Centenary Hall has been postponed, due to several band members contracting the virus.

People with COVID-19 and close contacts can still vote in Saturday’s state election by arranging to pick up a postal vote.

Affected voters can register with the Electoral Commission of South Australia and collect their voting pack from a PCR or RAT collection site.

A full list of RAT collection sites is available on the SA Health website.

Fleurieu drive-through collection sites are located at 42 Armstrong Road in Victor Harbor (opposite the Encounter Bay Football Club) and at the Noarlunga Interchange car park on Seaman Road in Noarlunga Centre.

There is also a collection point at 4 Telegraph Road in Kingscote on Kangaroo Island.
