The game was tight throughout with Kingscote holding a slender two-point lead at the last change, before the game finished level at full time, Kingscote 10.7 (67) to Dudley United 9.13 (67). Kingscote’s Paul Green kicked four goals, as did Zak Keir of Dudley United. Best players for Kingscote included Jordan Connell, Zak Siemer, Rory Lovering, Luke Mackie and Tom Mitchell. Dudley United’s best were Sam Willson, Sam Howard, Seb Mcvann, Toby Wheaton and Rory Florance.Wisanger consolidated second spot on the ladder with a comfortable 108-point win against Parndana. Timmy Turner kicked nine goals in a best-on-ground performance for the Panthers as they won 21.18 (144) to 5.6 (36). Reigning premiers Myponga-Sellicks confirmed their finals spot after a comprehensive 120-point win over Goolwa/Port Elliot during round 16 action in the Great Southern Football League (GSFL) at Myponga today. The Mudlarks won every quarter on their way to a 24.14 (158) to 5.8 (38) victory. Darren Shillabeer (6) and Jayden Scott (5) were the leading goalkickers for the winners, while Carter Norman (3) and Jayden Davis (2) were the goalkickers for the Magpies. Best players for Myponga-Sellicks included Hayden Sampson, Mitchell Wilkins, Anthony Kempster, Scott Hunt, Jake Spinks and Seth Deacon. The Magpies’ best were Fred Nissen, Riley Davis, Levi Baillie, Jayden Davis, Finn Hayden and Jye Bottroff.Willunga won their 13th game on the trot after travelling to Mt Compass and coming away with a 72-point win. The Saints won every quarter on their way to an 8.8 (56) to 2.6 (18) victory. Jordan Whittle kicked four goals in a best-on-ground display for Western Districts, while Brad Crabb kicked two majors.
