Noarlunga trailed by 13 points at three-quarter time, before kicking 2.5 to 0.1 in the final term to win 7.9 (51) to 7.6 (48). Vic Robertson and Brad Inglis kicked three goals each for the Shoes, while Brad Patterson kicked two majors for the Falcons. Callum Gaspari was named best for the Shoes and he received good support from Nick Mott, Jarrad Liebelt, Aaron Killian, Sam Goldfinch and Bryce Johnstone. Cove jumped out the blocks to lead by 20 points at quarter time, before the Falcons worked themselves back into the game to lead by a point at the last change. The Cobras steadied to kick three goals to one in the last term to win 9.3 (57) to 7.4 (46). Ella Gill (3) and Rebecca O’Shaughnessy (2) were the major goalkickers for the Cobras, while Jessica Couch (3) and Melanie Koster (2) were the multiple goalkickers for Flagstaff Hill.
